 Registration closes at 5:00 PM MST on September 15, 2026. Registration fee is

$85.00 per person payable no later than September 15, 2026. If the fee is not paid 

by the cutoff time (5:00 PM MST), the registration will be cancelled.

The closest major airport is Sky Harbor in Phoenix, AZ. It is the easiest airport to

fly into, but it is 100 miles away from Prescott. Prescott has a small regional 

airport, but there is minimal airline service. There are daily flights from Phoenix

to Prescott, but they are expensive, $622 (costs may vary). United Airlines also has flights to and from Los Angeles and Denver.

Hotel attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. On the 

registration page is a link to the Residence Inn Prescott where the event is being held. The per night cost for a room at the Residence Inn Prescott is $99.00 for single or double occupancy for the nights of October 14-17, 2026. Check out time is 11:00 AM

The altitude of Prescott, AZ is 5,300 feet. For those not staying at the hotel, breakfast is available for $10 per person which includes both Friday and Saturday. This must be chosen and paid for with the registration fees.
